Ноутбук Vaio: перестал работать сенсорный экран
Ноутбук SONY VAIO
ОС: Windows 8.1 / Windows 10
Летом ноутбук находился на даче без интернета, соответственно, не получал обновления.
27 октября он был возвращён в цивилизацию, где Microsoft захотела поставить на него все обновления за все периоды. Что именно она ставила, сказать не смогу — все обновления за почти полугодовой период.
В это время была уже год и более установлена OS Windows 8.1 .
После установки какого-то критического обновления сенсорный экран перестал на что-либо реагировать . В свойствах системы появилась надпись «Перо и сенсорный ввод не поддерживаются», в Панели управления соответствующий раздел исчез, в Диспетчере устройств ничего похожего на Touch Screen не было найдено.
* Так выглядит диспетчер устройств:
1) в обычном режиме
2) в режиме «Показать скрытые устройства» (куча разных устройств — это всё перо от графического планшета)
Пробовалась переустановка драйверов (всех — на всякий случай; тех, что по части HID и видеоадаптера — в первую очередь), восстановление системы и гуглёж аналогичных проблем. Ничего не помогает.
Знаю, что на крайний случай можно откатить к заводским настройкам, но это всё же достаточно репрессивные меры, хочется их отложить до последнего.
С этих пор сенсор ни разу не подал признаков жизни. Служба точно включена, дело точно не в статике, как решать проблему — неизвестно.
Повторюсь: в списке HID его даже не значится , ровно как и в Панели управления.
Система делает вид, что никогда на ней сенсора не стояло и не подразумевалось.
Позже OS была обновлена до Windows 10 , которая работает по сей день без нареканий, разве только с обновлением сенсор не воскрес, на что была-таки призрачная надежда.
В общем, спасайте, люди добрые, делитесь ценными рекомендациями, что делать.
