The World: Over Heaven
The World: Over Heaven is one of the most powerful non-canon stands shown in Eyes Of Heaven and in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
The World Over Heaven is the Stand of Heaven Ascension DIO, featured in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven. It is an evolved variation of The World and considered by Heaven Ascension DIO to be the «Ultimate Stand». The World Over Heaven is among the final stands introduced in Eyes Of Heaven, as Heaven Ascension DIO is the user of The World Over Heaven and is the final boss. The World Over Heaven is a close-ranged stand with a range of 2 Meters from it’s user (however this can be overwritten with Reality Overwrite in canon). It is regularly shortened to «TWOH». The World Over Heaven also has 4 separate unobtainable reskins, them being Party Starter, Galizur, DJ Noob, and Noob.
Appearance
Color Scheme: Purple shading, white tone and yellow colored accessories.
The World Over Heaven wears the same accessories as The World: oxygen tanks, gauntlets, a belt, armored leggings including knee pads, straps, shoulder pads, etc, except most of them are white + yellow.
How To Obtain (Attainability)
The World: Over Heaven is obtained by using a DIO’s Diary on The World.
Talking To Pucci
In order to achieve The World: Over Heaven you must talk to Enrico Pucci and select the TWOH Quest option.
The Quest’s requirements are:
- Obtain DIO’s Bone and use it on The World
- Defeat DIO (0/1)
- Defeat Thug (0/20)
After you complete the quest you will get a DIO’s Diary, which you use on The World to get The World Over Heaven.
You can also find DIO’s Diaries from chests, with a rare chance.

The World
The World is the Stand of DIO, featured in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. The World is a close-ranged stand, with it being capable of being up to 10 Meters away from its user.
The World also has an Alternate Universe version that’s canon but in a different universe from the first 6 parts’ universe that is known as: The World HV/AU.
Appearance
The World has grey skin, yellow abs, yellow gauntlets, orange/red eyes (hazel in the anime), a yellow belt with a jade heart on the center of the belt, yellow armored leggings with jade knee pads, yellow straps, yellow shoulder pads and 2 oxygen tanks on his back.
How To Obtain (Attainability)
Complete Him’s Quest and use Blood of Joseph with Shadow DIO equipped.

The World: High Voltage
The World: High Voltage is the stand of the Another World Diego, featured in Steel Ball Run. This stand looks very similar to The World but with yellowish skin and other changed accesories. It is obtained by using Saint’s Eyes on Shadow DIO. Alternate Diego was first introduced after Johnny Joestar defeated Funny Valentine, when the infinitely-rotating Funny Valentine brought Diego into the main universe using D4C to get the corpse.
The World: High Voltage is obtained by using an Eye of the Saint on Shadow DIO.
The World: High Voltage is obtained by using Valentine’s Flag on The World.

How to get The World (TW) in AUT (A Universal Time)

There’s a variety of different powerful Stands in the world of Roblox A Universal Time. While you will start out stabbing yourself with arrows to get them, you will eventually need to complete quests to evolve them to become more powerful. The World is one of these Stands, and you will need to complete a fairly simple quest to get it! We’ll show you how in this guide.

The World Stand
To get The World in A Universal Time, you will need to obtain the Shadow Dio Stand by obtaining it from a Stand Arrow or trading for it. Once you have Shadow Dio, you need to talk to Him in the Forest while using the Shadow Dio Stand to obtain the Shadow’s Demands quest. Complete all the tasks in that quest to receive a Vial of Joestar’s Blood. Use this on your Shadow Dio Stand to get The World Stand!
The first step on your way to The World is getting the Shadow Dio Stand. This can be obtained at random by stabbing yourself with Stand Arrows. You can get these from Meteors that fall out of the sky onto the mountains and beach parts of the map. You will also find them in chests that spawn around the town randomly. You can also trade for it with another player. If you stab yourself with an arrow and it isn’t Shadow Dio then you need to either save it or reset it using the NPCs in the park.
Once you have the Shadow Dio Stand, you need to head to the Forest part of the map and look for Him. He is a dark and brooding figure who will be leaning up against a tree. You won’t always find them there, because he only has a 69% chance to spawn every 10 minutes. Once you do find Him, talk to them while using the Shadow Dio Stand to get the Shadow’s Demand quest.
Once you have the quest, you can view it by hitting the M key and then clicking on Quests. It has four requirements, which are the following:
Time Stop can be done by hitting the F key. It doesn’t seem to always work, so try transitioning out of your Stand with the Q key if you can’t use it for some reason. It has a long cooldown, so just do it when it comes up.
To Drain Blood, you will need to use the Blood Suck ability which is the Y key. You lunge forward when you use this move, so make sure you target something that is in front of you.
Taking and inflicting damage are pretty obvious, however, they will take quite a while. You’ll just need to go and fight other players. If you’ve finished the taking damage portion, you can just beat up some dummies to complete the inflicting damage part!
Once you’ve done all the steps, you will be rewarded with the Vial of Joestar’s Blood! Use this item while you are using the Shadow Dio Stand and you will receive The World Stand!
