This most likely caused by anti virus by my guess
Have a look at: #4985 #3996 #2885 #2006 #961
im not using kapersky

Does the url work in a browser?
This reddit post seems to suggest removing the s on https or «https://» entirely will let it work as it is related to the SSH certificate failing?
So try pastebin.com/56H8UUj2 instead
